Life can be easy and go the way it should, then there are times that challenge the best of us! Being overwhelmed is not uncommon, letting it get the best of you is unnecessary. Being strong can be commended, being strong to cover what is really going on with your emotions takes its toll! Asking for help and assistance is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of intelligence! Do not be afraid of what others think, you need to be responsible for your own health! If you do not take care of you, no one else will and you will not be able to take care of everyone/anyone else.
Life Coaching is just that, helping people to live their life. It sounds like it should be easy to do. Any of us who have had events in our lives that have caused us stress, grief, damaged our self-esteem and just caused damage of some kind, sometimes just need to have someone listen and just not judge. That is something a Life Coach does!

Grieving is such a personal process. I have been through this pain and have healed! Losing parents is part of life, but never easy, losing a spouse is devastating. This not only happens with death, divorce can be just as life shattering. There are Five Stages of Grieving that are accepted and most people do experience them all and some people go through them sometimes without awareness.
